Registration Desk

For delegates arriving on Sunday 11 September, a Registration Desk will be open 18:00 - 21:00 Sunday 11 September in the Arts Building, Queen Mary, Mile End Campus. On Monday 12 September to Thursday 15 September, the Registration Desk will be in the People's Palace Foyer.

Note: We encourage delegates to register on Sunday, to avoid the Monday morning rush!

If attending Tutorials, please go directly to the Tutorial Venue, Goldsmiths College.

Registration Fees

NB: For each accepted paper/poster/demo, at least one author has to register for the conference (see Detailed Call for Submissions).

Conference registration includes all ISMIR 2005 conference sessions, lunches and refreshments. The registration fee also includes:

• British Library Reception (R)
• Concert (C)
• Conference Banquet (B) [Standard & Full Student only]
• Printed Proceedings (P) [Standard & Full Student only]

% Daily rate: Write (1) "Daily Rate", (2) the appropriate fee, and (3) the day that you wish to register for on the registration form.

* Full Student and Economy Student registration is available to full-time students. A letter from your institution confirming your student status must be faxed (or posted) with your registration form.

+ Economy Student registration does not include the Conference Banquet and the printed Conference Proceedings. Economy Student registration is available before 31 August 2005 only, and is not available for on-site registrants.

Extras

Extra Conference Banquets can be purchased (e.g. for accompanying persons), and extra copies of the Printed Proceedings can be ordered.

^ Standard and Full Student registration fees include one Conference Banquet and one copy of the Printed Proceedings.

# Extra Conference Banquets must be booked by 31 August 2005.

Tutorials

Tutorials will be held on Sunday 11 September 2005 at Goldsmiths College, London.

Tutorial registration includes light refreshments and printed materials, but not lunch.

If you are registering as a Full Student or Economy Student, include a letter from your institution confirming your student status with your registration form.
