[Paper/Poster/Demo submission is now closed]

Submission must consist of original contributions (not previously published, and not currently being considered for publication elsewhere). Authors of accepted papers will be asked to provide camera-ready copies of their papers. For each accepted paper or poster/demo, at least one author has to register for the ISMIR 2005 conference.

Accepted papers will be allocated 20 minute presentation time at the ISMIR 2005 conference.

Accepted posters/demos will be presented at a plenary poster/demo session during the ISMIR 2005 conference; the dimensions of the poster should not exceed 85cm (33.5in) wide and no more than 119cm (46.9in) tall (i.e., no larger than A0 portrait or A1 landscape).

IMPORTANT: posters wider than the stated dimensions will not fit on the poster boards and cannot be displayed.
A0 landscape is TOO WIDE.

Poster/demo authors are encouraged to bring laptop computers, or the appropriate equipment, to supplement their presentations. If you would like to present a demo in association with your poster, please inform David Meredith <dave@titanmusic.com> as soon as possible, so that we can ensure that there will be sufficient tables, power points, etc. Demo space is strictly limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
